We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your wonderful service from the beginning of our move until the end. To begin with, the men who came to pick up our furniture came precisely on time. They worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently; they finished loading the truck within two and a half hours! It was also a pleasure to work with the woman with whom you gave us to contact if we had questions or concerns. She was always patient and courteous, and answered all of our questions. The driver who brought our things was very kind as well. He stayed with us until all our things were brought up and waited until we verified we had everything. When we had a problem bringing up our table, he remained with us to help us resolve this issue. He didn't leave until he saw that we were satisfied. Thank you for making our move as smooth as possible!

The packing was finished yesterday. I would like to say that might estimate have 1 1/2 days for 3 guys were more accurate than 1 day for 2 guys. Anyway it's done and the team did a great job.

Ok, they arrived at 8 a.m. and I showed them my apartment to assess what was needed. Everything is going well. Gabriel and his colleagues are doing a great job and they are all very considerate and pleasant to work with.


We received our furniture on Wed Sept 27. Nothing was missing, no problems with Canada Customs. Thank you for all your help in the past month!!!

Goods have been duly delivered by your team to our house yesterday in Paris. I want to thank you personally for all your assistance and your professionalism. All the goods were still perfectly wrapped and in good shape. I did not finish the inventory but I believe that there will be no surprise. I moved recently from US to Romania. I chose Express Cargo USA for a simple reason - they provided the best quote. I was in contact with at least eleven other companies. My contact at the company was Ami Steinfeld. Once I chose Express Cargo, the other companies started a scare tactic campaign. "They are going to charge you later and is going to be at least twice as much, it is impossible to provide a quote that low, it does not make any sense, you are going to regret the decision, your things will be trapped until you pay more." I have chosen to pack and load on my own, we kept the container over the weekend and I paid for a 20 ft container; so a 20ft container self packself load. Guess what, the container arrived safe and sound, on time, with no delay and no overcharges. I am glad I chose Express Cargo. There was a snag at the port in Romania but it was solved quickly by Ami. It took one email from me, he replied promptly and solved the problem. The container was handled from the port by a Romanian company Orbit Transporturi Internationale, a company chosen by Ami to handle things locally in Romania. My contact here was Liliana Burghelea. On a scale from one to ten both companies get a 10; no hassle no headaches. Here is what I think; happy customers rarely provide feedback, unhappy customers will always complain. I am one of the happy ones and it took me a month to provide feedback.
